2009至2010年,是新宾交通事业发展极不平凡的两年。两年来,他们先后被省委、省政府授予2009年度省级“文明单位”称号,被省交通厅评为全省普通公路系统创建文明行业标兵单位和全省公路养护质量先进单位,并在全省公路养护检查中,以骄人的战绩从全省60多个县(段)的激烈竞争中冲杀出来,最终夺得县级养护单位综合排名第三名的好成绩。这是抚顺市惟一的殊荣,也是新宾交通局的历史最好成绩。
