刘瑞章先生是重庆早期著名的邮商兼集邮家。今年是他诞生100周年,故以此文作为对他的纪念及怀念。刘瑞章(1905-1989)字秉昌,江苏阊门人。15岁在上海开始集邮,一生不辍。1927年,刘氏经同学吕文若介绍先后供职于国民政府军政部北平行营、南京军事委员会交通处,授中校衔。抗战时期,他随南京军事委员会迁渝被改组裁员后赋闲在家。
Mr. Liu Ruizhang is a famous early postal merchant and Philatelic house in Chongqing. This year is the 100th anniversary of his birth, so I use this article as a memorial and miss him. During the war of resistance against Japan, he moved to Nanjing with the Nanjing Military Commission and was reorganized to lay off his staff after his stay at home.
