目的:建立生活饮用水中砷的测量不确定度评估方案,评定测定结果的质量,找出主要影响因素。方法:根据方法《生活饮用水标准检验方法金属指标》GB/T 5750.6-2006建立数学模型,从标准系列稀释过程、标准曲线校准过程、水样量取过程和仪器测量过程来讨论各不确定度分量。结果:标准系列稀释过程和仪器测量精密度对扩展不确定度的影响较大,是测量不确定度的两个主要影响因素。讨论与体积相关的四个分项的不确定度,并将标准系列稀释过程作为讨论的重点。结论:此方法适用于评估氢化物原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中砷含量的不确定度。
Objective: To establish an evaluation program of measurement uncertainty of arsenic in drinking water, evaluate the quality of measurement results and find out the main influencing factors.
