目的探讨快速旋转造影在脑血管中应用。方法使用数字减影血管造影机,对疑有脑血管病变的61例患者首先进行常规正、侧位脑血管造影检查,其中41例进行旋转DSA检查。结果经过快速旋转血管造影检查的41例患者(颅内动脉瘤33例,颅内动静脉畸形6例,颈动脉海绵窦瘘2例)。病变血管的位置清晰可见,其中36例(87.9%)病变血管的供血和分支动脉能避开造影剂重叠。5例(12.1%)显示效果不好(颅内动脉瘤3例,颅内动静脉畸形2例,)。结论旋转DSA能够显示头颈部大多数病变血管的供血动脉和分支结构,是对常规DSA的重要补充,对头颈部血管病变的诊断和治疗有很大帮助。
Objective To investigate the application of rapid rotational angiography in cerebrovascular disease. Methods Using digital subtraction angiography, 61 patients suspected of having cerebrovascular disease underwent routine positive and lateral cerebrovascular angiography, of which 41 underwent rotational DSA. Results 41 patients (intracranial aneurysm 33, intracranial arteriovenous malformation 6, carotid cavernous fistula 2) underwent rapid rotational angiography. The location of diseased vessels was clearly visible, with 36 (87.9%) of the diseased vessels supplying blood and branching arteries avoiding contrast media overlap. Five patients (12.1%) showed poor results (3 for intracranial aneurysms, 2 for intracranial arteriovenous malformations). Conclusion Rotating DSA can show the artery and branch structure of blood vessels in most diseased vessels in the head and neck. It is an important supplement to conventional DSA and is very helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck vascular diseases.
