本文以“就业导向”理念为出发点,研究“就业导向”理念的基本内涵和深层含义,探讨在此理念下学校职业教育所面临的问题和实践中所要反思的方面。我们从实际职业教育中的人才培养、专业能力训练、课程设置等三个角度来仔细探讨“就业导向”理念的落实情况,以及在职业教育实践中的所体现的理念思想引导,研究“就业导向”如何引导学校职业教育实践。
Based on the idea of “employment orientation”, this paper studies the basic connotation and the deep meaning of the concept of “employment orientation” and probes into the problems that the vocational education in schools face and the aspects to be reflected in practice. We carefully examine the implementation of the concept of “employment orientation” and the concept of ideology embodied in the practice of vocational education from the perspectives of personnel training, professional competence training and curriculum setting in practical vocational education.
