新时期是我国民主与法制建设突飞猛进的时期,随着旧法律书的开封解禁和新法律书的大量出版,各式法学书目也应运而生。一、无提要的法学书目中文法学和法律图书目录(1912—1949) 刘希昭等编陕西人民出版社1985年12月出版本目录是建国以来第一部由出版社正式出版的法学书目,共收法律类图书6,043种。分类目录设24大类,部分大类下设若干小类,分类标准主要依学科,判例、法律法规法令汇编、法律工具书
