本院2006-01-2009-10共收治行动迟缓查因278例,其中首诊被误诊为帕金森病35例,现分析如下1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男23例,女12例,年龄51~80岁,平均年龄68.35岁。其中合并高血压病15例,糖尿病7例,冠心病8例,颈椎病3例,既往有特发性面神经麻痹病史2例,颈内动脉狭窄行支架植入术?
The hospital from January 2006 to October 2009 received a total of 278 cases of delayed check-up, of which the first diagnosis was misdiagnosed as Parkinson’s disease in 35 cases, are analyzed as follows 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 23 males and 12 females, age 51 ~ 80 years old, average age 68.35 years old. Among them, 15 cases were complicated with hypertension, 7 cases were diabetes, 8 cases were coronary heart disease and 3 cases were cervical spondylosis. Previously, there were 2 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis history and 2 cases with carotid artery stenosis underwent stent implantation.
