为了研究柔性非晶硅薄膜光伏电池-乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物(简称PV-ETFE)气枕结构的温度特征,设计了由三层ETFE气枕与集成于其中层膜上表面PV组成的气枕1及由双层ETFE气枕与集成于其上层膜上表面PV组成的气枕2,实测了两种气枕的PV和ETFE薄膜的夏季温度数据.通过分析得到:两种气枕的PV和ETFE薄膜温度差分别为35.4℃和26.2℃;气枕1和气枕2ETFE薄膜受气枕内空气温度和气枕外空气流动影响明显;PV温度受阴影及太阳光入射角影响.
In order to study the temperature characteristics of flexible amorphous silicon thin film photovoltaic cell-ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (referred to as PV-ETFE) air pillow structure, designed by the three-layer ETFE air pillow integrated with the middle of the upper surface of the film PV pillow 1 and the double-layer ETFE air pillow integrated with the upper surface of the upper layer PV pillow 2, the two kinds of air pillow PV and ETFE film measured summer temperature data obtained by analysis: two kinds of air pillow PV and ETFE film temperature differences were 35.4 ℃ and 26.2 ℃ respectively; airbag 1 and airbag 2ETFE film were affected by air temperature inside the air pillow and air flow outside the air pillow; PV temperature was affected by shadows and solar incident angle.
