胡学开,男,50岁,住院号652602,1973年2月酒后骑自行车跌倒,右眼眉弓部皮肤清创缝合8针。以后右眼逐渐内斜并加重。同时伴眼球疼痛,畏光流泪。于1989年9月15日以固定性内斜收入院。体格检查:全身情况佳,无特殊记载。眼部检查:视力:右0.7,左1.5,眼位:右眼内斜50°以上。眼球运动:右眼不能外转。牵拉试验:不能将眼球牵引至外转位,牵拉时内侧有阻力,不能弛缓,鼻上、下牵拉正常。
