随着改革的不断深入发展,国有企业职工的思想受到了一定程度的冲击,企业思想政治工作出现了许多新情况、新特点、新问题和新矛盾。从思想政治工作的对象看:在社会主义市场经济逐步走向成熟之际,“市场观念”已渗透到企业的每个环节之中,职工的思想空前活跃。从思想政治工作的时代任务看,国有企业正处于深化改革、推进改制发展的关键阶段。这就要求思想政治工作必须适应国有企业在市场经济条件下实现快速发展的要求,面对新的形势,应积极探索新的途径。从思想道德建设入手努力做好如下工作:
