自1976～1985年应用二氧化碳激光治疗慢性宫颈疾病805例。其中宫颈糜烂700例,治愈率96.1%。慢性宫颈炎57例,治愈率98.2%。宫颈息肉样增殖13例,治愈率92.3%。宫颈赘生物30例及宫颈鳞状上皮非典型增生5例,治愈率100%,总有效率为100%。平均治愈时间为4.5周。激光疗法是利用其光热效应,使大部分组织气化,故坏死带很浅,治愈时间相应缩短。术中无痛苦,治疗彻底,复发率低,并发症少。
From 1985 to 1985, 805 cases of chronic cervical diseases were treated with carbon dioxide laser. Among them, 700 cases of cervical erosion, the cure rate was 96.1%. 57 cases of chronic cervicitis, the cure rate was 98.2%. Cervical polyp proliferation in 13 cases, the cure rate was 92.3%. 30 cases of cervical neoplasms and cervical squamous atypical hyperplasia in 5 cases, the cure rate was 100%, the total effective rate was 100%. The average healing time was 4.5 weeks.
