高职院校以培养职业性、技能性与专业性人才为主,具有适时性,旨在为满足现代社会中各个行业对应用型人才的需求。工学结合是一种新型的人才教育模式,是采用工作实践与课堂学习相互结合的方式来锻炼与培养学生的职业素质,为学生的就业打算。在工学结合人才培养模式应用的过程中,高职学生的党建工作受到严重阻碍,使得党建工作面临着诸多的挑战。为此,本文就工学结合下的高职学生党建工作进行了分析与研究。 Higher vocational colleges to develop professional, skilled and professional personnel mainly with timely, designed to meet the modern society in various industries on the demand for application-oriented personnel.
