在新时期德育尤为重要,我们的任务是教学生学会学习、学会生活、学会做人,适应社会的发展,其中首要的是提高学生的思想道德素质。现在我市大部分学校加强了德育管理,但还存在很多薄弱环节,降低了德育工作的效绩。因此,必须进一步加强和改进学校德育管理,针对薄弱环节采取应对策略,大力加强思想道德建设、提高德育队伍素质;在教学中着力渗透德育管理,使思想政治工作与德育课程有机结合,大力开展诚信教育,加强学生心理健康教育,重视性教育;进一步提高德育的实效性,帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,为把学生培养成为新时期合格的建设者和接班人奠定坚实的基础。
