党的十一届三中全会以来,工交、财贸等各部门先后办起了一批管理干部学院。经过几年努力,各院校大多已打下了一定的基础。在学校初建阶段,考虑物质条件多一些,这是需要的,今后仍应继续考虑改善物质条件。但作为办教育的学校,到了一定的时期,就应把着眼点转移到加强教学管理、提高教育质量和办学效益上来。搞好教学管理工作,涉及的问题很多,我认为,主要有以下几个方面。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, various departments including the State Council for Trade and Industry, Finance and Trade successively set up a number of institutes of management cadres. Do a good job in teaching management, involving many problems, I think, mainly in the following areas.
