前言促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)对多种动物不同程度的失血性休克都有良好的治疗效应。但TRH对休克动物外周微循环的影响尚未报导。为进一步了解TRH抗休克作用及探讨其抗休克机理,我们进行了本研究工作。
Introduction Thyroxine-releasing hormone (TRH) has a good therapeutic effect on various degrees of hemorrhagic shock in a variety of animals. However, the impact of TRH on peripheral microcirculation in shock animals has not been reported yet. In order to further understand the anti-shock effect of TRH and to explore its anti-shock mechanism, we conducted this research work.
