同样的减水剂由于所用水泥的不同,产生的效果也不同,这一问题,日益为人们所重视。本文采用几种水泥矿物和石膏的差异,从宏观特性到微观机理进行了试验研究。结果表明,减水剂对水泥适应性的问题,主要是由于水泥矿物组成的不同而引起的,石膏的种类和用量也有影响。对 C_3A 含量少,C_3S 含量多的水泥,减水剂的减水效果大,反之则小。缓凝剂主要平抑水泥中 C_3S 的水化,而这种平抑作用又受 C_3A 的影响。

In this paper, the differences of several kinds of cement minerals and gypsum were studied, and the experimental research was carried out from the macroscopic characteristics to the microscopic mechanism. The results show that the problem of adaptability of the water reducer to the cement is mainly caused by the different composition of the cement minerals, and the type and amount of gypsum also have an impact. For C_3A content, C_3S content of cement, superplasticizer water reduction effect is large, otherwise small. Retarder mainly stabilizes the hydration of C_3S in cement, and this stabilizing effect is affected by C_3A.
