利用X 射线衍射方法,结合扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等试验工作,对20C r 1M_0(?)V NbTi B 钢析出相进行了研究。结果指出:1.该钢种主要析出相是MC 型的VC 和TiC,由于合金化作用使得VC 和TiC 的晶格常数均增大。2.VC 和TiC 在基体里的分布是不同的,VC 以颗粒状均匀分布在晶内,TiC 则以棒状沿晶界分布。3.在电厂实际运行32000小时之后,Cr_7 C_3的析出量明显增加,F+(e3)M_(n3)C 也有一定的析出。
The precipitation phases of 20Cr 1M_0 (?) V NbTi B steel were studied by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results indicate that: 1. The major precipitates of this steel are MC-type VC and TiC, which increase the lattice constants of both VC and TiC due to the alloying effect. The distribution of VC and TiC in the matrix is different, VC uniformly distributed in the grain within the crystal, TiC rod-shaped distribution along the grain boundary. After 32,000 hours of actual operation in the power plant, the amount of Cr_7 C_3 precipitated increased obviously, and some precipitation of F_ (e3) M_ (n_3) C was also observed.
