采用机械活化燃烧合成技术配合预热措施 ,制备低放热反应体系的Ni3Si有序合金。用X -射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜观察分析反应物和生成物的形貌与物相组成。结果表明 ,产物主晶相为Ni3Si及少量Ni5Si2 和Ni3Si2 等富硅相的混合物。研磨时间越长 ,预热温度越高 ,燃烧合成反应越容易
The mechanical activation combustion synthesis technology with preheating measures, preparation of low exothermic reaction system Ni3Si ordered alloy. The morphology and phase composition of reactants and products were observed by X - ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the main phase of the product is a mixture of Ni3Si and a small amount of silicon-rich phases such as Ni5Si2 and Ni3Si2.
