山西省长治市黄碾镇位于长治市郊区西北部,距离市区20公里,境内有首钢长钢公司、潞安集团王庄煤矿、潞安集团石圪节煤矿等大型企业。现辖18个行政村,居民3.4万人,耕地面积2.6万亩。全镇加快经济社会转型跨越发展的优势在于辖区内大型国有企业众多,经济发展基础扎实。今后一段时间,该镇提出全镇上下必须围绕“转型跨越发展”这一主线,紧扣全区“建设三个基地,打造四区特色,突出四个重点,实现五个翻番”发展目
Located in the northwestern suburbs of Changzhi City, Huangluo Town, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province is 20 kilometers away from the urban area.
