1992年,善于创新的美国人率先在全球实现了信息的共享和互联,并把信息高速公路延伸到了全球有电话存在的地方,带动了美国经济持续8年的高速增长,创下其经济发展史上前所未有的奇迹。于是,世界各国纷纷效仿,掀起了全球网上“圈地革命”热潮。作为十二亿人口之众的中国,自然也不甘落后,不仅迅速建立起互联网,而且各种网站如雨后春笋般冒出来。去年,上海市一个月内就有近200家新网站成立。透过今日遍及神州大地的“网络经济热”,不少有识之士大呼:中国的“网络经济热”,请悠着一点儿!
