目的:探析CRP检测在儿科感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法:选择自2013年2月-2014年2月我院收治的268例感染性疾病的患儿为研究对象,根据患儿感染情况,将其分为病毒感染组(简称病毒组)-136例,以及细菌感染组(简称细菌组)-132例,检测其CRP、WBC计数的含量及阳性率。结果:与细菌组比较,病毒组的CRP和白细胞计数均降低明显,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。病毒组的CRP阳性数为2例(1.47%),WBC阳性数为5例(3.68%),均低于细菌组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CRP作为儿科诊断和鉴别感染性疾病的重要依据,也是治疗疾病的重要参考指标之一,可将其与WBC相结合,应用于临床实践。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of CRP in pediatric infectious diseases. Methods: A total of 268 cases of infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as study subjects. According to their infection status, they were divided into virus infection group (referred to as virus group) -136 cases , And bacterial infection group (referred to as bacteria group) -132 cases, detection of CRP, WBC count content and positive rate. Results: Compared with the bacterial group, the CRP and leukocyte counts of the virus group decreased significantly, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The positive number of CRP in the virus group was 2 cases (1.47%) and the positive number of WBC was 5 cases (3.68%), both of which were lower than that of the bacteria group (P <0.01). Conclusion: As an important basis for pediatric diagnosis and differential diagnosis of infectious diseases, CRP is also an important reference index for the treatment of diseases. It can be used in combination with WBC for clinical practice.
