全国人大代表、波司登集团董事长高德康认为,我国服装加工企业面临劳动力成本增高的困境时,真正的出路在品牌。高德康说,自己的品牌提升起来了,物质的价值上来了,整体价格也就提高了。但是政府给刚起步的企业一点补助和鼓励,企业以后才能慢慢渡过难关。对于企业自身努力,他认为一方面管理要创新、激励机制要创新,经营方面也是要创新,比如说在技术上要不断地进行培训,而且要做模具让他们慢慢渡过难关,而且像我们全是流水化作业,也能提高产能,这样的话同样的工作在这里工资水平可能要好一点,所以要不断地开发创新。
