我們所接收整理的旧政权档案,除了紀录反动統治者的一切阴謀和罪恶以外。也反映着全国人民过去的生产斗爭和政治斗爭。因此,它們都是最珍貴的历史資料,具有政治、科学和实际价值。所以当我处成立时,上級就指示我們要把这些档案尽快加以整理,以便尽快地提供国家各項建設和科学研究使用。几年来,我处同志就是遵照着这些指示加速地整理了档案,同时积极地开展了档案的利用工作。
