地处祖国西北的《图书与情报》,自1981年公开发行以来,已出刊40期。1989年,由于她对图书与情报事业所作的贡献,而获中国图书馆学会“全国图书馆学情报学优秀科研成果特别奖”。我是《图书与情报》杂志的读者,也是一个不很勤奋的作者,为了纪念她公开发行十周年,祝贺她获得“特别奖’,特写了一个简短评论,表达我的感情与心意.
Book and Information, located in the northwest of the motherland, has been published in 40 issues since its public offering in 1981. In 1989, due to her contribution to the cause of books and intelligence, she won the ”Special Prize of Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research of National Library and Information Science by China Library Association“. I am a reader of Library and Information magazine and a less industrious author. In memory of her tenth anniversary of public offering, I congratulate her on receiving the ”Special Prize" and feature a brief commentary to express my feelings and thoughts.
