针对市场经济条件下,人力资源配置功能增强,人才流动频繁的特点,本文从人力资本存在的固有属性着手,分析探讨了人力资本的精神能动性、时效损耗性、环境依赖性、综合匹配性、生物财富性、多重资本性等六个方面的特性对人才的流动趋向所产生的内在动因和影响,以供管理者加强人力资源的开发、利用与管理。
Under the conditions of market economy, the human resource allocation function is enhanced and the flow of talents is frequent. This paper starts with the inherent properties of human capital, analyzes and discusses the characteristics of human capital such as mental motivation, aging loss, environmental dependence, comprehensive matching, Wealth, multiple capital and other characteristics of the six characteristics of the flow of talented people generated by the inherent motivation and influence for managers to strengthen human resources development, utilization and management.
