为了找到适合表现花椰菜种质遗传完整性的生理生化指标,为作物种质资源的收集和保存工作提供依据。以3个品种的花椰菜种质为试材,研究了经老化处理后种子的发芽率、发芽势、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量和电导率值的变化。结果表明:随着老化处理时间的加长,种子发芽率和发芽势、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量均呈下降状态,可溶性糖含量以及电导率值显著增加。由相关性分析可知,不同品种最适的遗传完整性评价指标不同,POD活性、SOD活性、电导率值和可溶性糖含量能够作为花椰菜品种遗传完整性的评价指标。
In order to find the physiological and biochemical indexes suitable for expressing the genetic integrity of cauliflower germplasm, it provided the basis for the collection and preservation of crop germplasm resources. The germination rate, germination potential, peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) ) Content, soluble sugar content and conductivity values. The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential, the activities of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde content of seed decreased with the aging time, and the contents of soluble sugar and electrical conductivity increased significantly. According to the correlation analysis, the most suitable indicators of genetic integrity were different, POD activity, SOD activity, conductivity and soluble sugar content could be used as the evaluation index of genetic integrity of cauliflower cultivars.
