1980年10月9～13日在独山子炼油厂召开了炼油工业噪声防治技术报告会. 会议交流了炼油厂和石油化工厂治理噪声的技术及经验;讨论了目前炼油厂噪声防治存在的问题和需要采取的措施.会议要求各炼厂根据自己的特点,制订出防治噪声的规划以及本厂的控制噪声标准. 会上独山子炼油厂、长岭炼油厂、荆门炼油厂、茂名石油公司、齐鲁石油化学总公司分别介绍了本厂治理噪声的技术及经验.上海化工设计院和湘潭大学作了噪声控制原理及建筑工业防治噪声的技术报告.江苏高淳电子仪表厂和嘉兴炼油设备厂介绍了“声级计”使用方法和关于电机消声罩研制情况.
The Technical Report on the Prevention and Control of Refractory Industrial Noise was held at the Dushanzi refinery from October 9 to October 1980. The meeting exchanged the technologies and experiences of noise control in refineries and petrochemical plants and discussed the problems existing in the prevention and control of noise in refineries at present. Need to take measures to meet the requirements of the refinery according to their own characteristics, to develop a plan for noise control and factory noise control standards.Dushanzi Refinery, Changling Refinery, Jingmen Refinery, Maoming Oil Company, Qilu Petrochemical Corporation introduced the factory management noise technology and experience respectively.Shanghai Chemical Engineering Design Institute and Xiangtan University made a noise control theory and construction industry technical report on the prevention and treatment of noise.Jiangsu Gaochun Electronic Instrument Factory and Jiaxing Refinery Equipment Factory introduced the “ Sound Level Meter ”method of use and on the muffler cover motor development.
