本文用E花环形成法分离了20例正常健康成人外周血的T、B淋巴细胞,作琼脂糖电泳,研究了T、B淋巴细胞和混合淋巴细胞的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同功酶谱型。结果表明,T、B淋巴细胞LDH同功酶的谱型不同。T细胞是LDH_3>LDH_2>LDH_4>LDH_1>LDH_5;B细胞则LDH_3>LDH_4>LDH_2>LDH_5>LDH_1。T细胞LDH同功酶中H亚单位较B细胞为多;而B细胞LDH同功酶中M亚单位较T细胞为多。T细胞M:H=0.75;B细胞M:H=1.13。本文认为这种LDH同功酶分布的不同提示T、B细胞糖代谢的生化过程可能不完全相同,并可作为区分人外周血T、B淋巴细胞的一项参考指标。
In this paper, T and B lymphocytes from 20 normal healthy adult peripheral blood were isolated by E-rosette method. The lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozyme patterns of T, B lymphocytes and mixed lymphocytes were studied by agarose gel electrophoresis type. The results show that, T, B lymphocyte LDH isozymes of different patterns. T cells were LDH_3> LDH_2> LDH_4> LDH_5> LDH_5; while B cells were LDH_3> LDH_4> LDH_2> LDH_5> LDH_5. T cells LDH isoenzyme H subunit more than B cells; and B cells LDH isozyme M subunit more than T cells. T cells M: H = 0.75; B cells M: H = 1.13. This paper argues that the different distribution of LDH isozymes suggests that the biochemical processes of T and B cell glucose metabolism may not be exactly the same and may be used as a reference index for distinguishing T and B lymphocytes from human peripheral blood.
