随着当前市场经济的迅速发展和不断完善,大量的民用房屋建筑政治不断的兴起,这在客观上要求着我们必须更加严格更加规范的加强房屋建筑施工质量的管理以及工程的监理工作。要严格的按照国家已经颁布实施的《建设工程监理规范》对工程的质量和监理工作把好关。本文结合了一些建筑施工中的实际经验,对房屋建筑施工中常常遇到的如何保证工程质量的问题、如何做好工程监理的问题给出了一些建议和措施。
