企业集团是指以实力雄厚的企业为核心,通过周密的组织形式和相应的经济权责,把多个法人企业联合在一起的法人联合体。简言之,是指多个法人企业的联合组织。这表明,企业集团不同于一个法人的大型企业或特大型企业。企业集团必须是由若干个具有独立法人地位的企业单位和事业单位所组成的联合组织。这是企业集团的本质所在。
An enterprise group refers to a corporate entity whose core strength is the enterprise, through a well-organized organization and corresponding economic powers and responsibilities, merging multiple legal person companies. In short, it refers to the joint organization of multiple corporations. This shows that the enterprise group is different from a legal large-scale enterprise or a super-sized enterprise. An enterprise group must be a joint organization composed of a number of enterprise units and institutions with independent legal person status. This is the essence of enterprise groups.
