目的对某制糖厂的甘蔗高效循环经济建设项目进行职业病危害预评价,提出防护对策和建议。方法根据国家相关标准,采用类比法、检查表法、经验法相结合进行综合评价。结果项目生产工艺、总平面布置、建筑卫生学、设备布局和职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关规定,项目存在多种职业病危害因素,主要为噪声和粉尘。类比项目中甘蔗投料岗位粉尘C-TWA8.4 mg/m3,压榨和分蜜岗位噪声LEX,8h88.5和89.3 dB(A)均超出国家标准限值;作业工人中听力异常检出率为20.44%,其余检测结果符合职业卫生标准要求。结论加强粉尘和噪声防护是该项目的关键控制点,同时应注意预防发生急性中毒和职业中暑。
Objective To pre-evaluate occupational hazards of sugar cane efficient recycling economy construction projects in a sugar refinery and put forward protective measures and suggestions. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the methods of analogy, checklist and experience were combined to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The project’s production technology, general layout, building hygiene, equipment layout and occupational health management basically met the relevant state regulations. There were various occupational hazards in the project, mainly noise and dust. C-TWA8.4 mg / m3, LEX, 8h88.5 and 89.3 dB (A) of the sugarcane feed station dust in the analog project all exceeded the national standard limit; the detection rate of hearing abnormalities among workers was 20.44 %, The remaining test results in line with occupational health standards. Conclusion Strengthening dust and noise protection is the key control point for the project, and care should be taken to prevent acute poisoning and occupational heat stroke.
