目前许多建筑单位都把自己拥有建筑机械数量的多少作为自己单位实力的象征,并且随着城市化进程的加快对建筑工程的要求逐渐提高,建筑施工越来越离不开机械设备。但是相对应的建筑机械维护与管理的能力和水平,与理想状态相比还有相当大的差距。本文首先分析了我国目前建筑施工机械维护与管理现状,并针对存在的问题提出了维护与管理建筑施工机械的对策。
At present, many construction units regard their own number of construction machinery as a symbol of the strength of their own units. With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the requirements for construction engineering are gradually increasing, and the construction is increasingly inseparable from the mechanical equipment. However, corresponding to the capacity and level of construction machinery maintenance and management, there is still a considerable gap compared with the ideal state. This paper first analyzes the present situation of maintenance and management of construction machinery in our country and puts forward some countermeasures to maintain and manage the construction machinery for the existing problems.
