本文报道了以SrTiO_3为基质、掺杂RE~(3+)及Fe~(3+)对光解水还原氮的效率影响,提出易变价的Eu~(3+)和Tb~(3+)可能分别作为催化剂表面光生电子和空穴的捕获中心,从而减小它们的复合速率的看法。并对这类光催化剂上所发生的固氮过程进行了解释。
This paper reports the effect of SrTiO_3 doped with RE ~ (3+) and Fe ~ (3+) on the efficiency of photolysis of water to reduce nitrogen, and presents the variable prices of Eu ~ (3+) and Tb ~ (3+) May act as the capture centers of photogenerated electrons and holes on the catalyst surface, respectively, thereby reducing their recombination rates. The nitrogen fixation process on these photocatalysts has been explained.
