乙六混合粉(3%666和1.5%1605混合)是我国防治水稻害虫的常用农药之一。为了介乙六混合粉在水稻上的动态及其残留量,我们对666(另有报导)及1605农药的残留量测定方法进行了研究。 1605农药残留量的测定方法,虽国内外报导甚多,但均需经过样品提取,纯化等前处理步骤,尤其是纯化处理,操作繁杂。因此,我们作了改进,去除了纯化步骤,提供了国内首次使用双波长薄层色谱仪在薄层色谱板(以下简称薄层板)上直接进行扫描定量测定水稻中
B6 mixed powder (3% 666 and 1.5% 1605 mixed) is one of the common pesticides used to control rice pests. In order to investigate the dynamics of rice B6 hybrid rice powder and its residues, we studied 666 (otherwise reported) and 1605 pesticide residues were measured. Although there are many reports at home and abroad, all the determination methods of 1605 pesticide residues are subject to the pretreatment steps of sample extraction and purification, especially the purification treatment and complicated operation.
