本文介绍一种新型发动机稀薄燃烧控制系统。采用燃油雾化器,可获得直径为40μm精细油滴的均匀混合气。为在气缸内空燃比8~26范围内实现精确而快速的响应控制,研制了一种新型空燃比传感器,并研究出一种空气流量的综合控制方法。在常速行车条件下,把平均空燃比加大到25,可显著地改进油耗和排放。这是由精细混合气稳定燃烧而实现的。这个系统既可确保司机获得平稳的驾驶性能,又可实现快速的车辆响应和良好的燃油经济性。
This article describes a new type of engine lean burn control system. With a fuel atomizer, a uniform gas mixture of 40 μm diameter droplets is obtained. In order to achieve accurate and rapid response control within the air-fuel ratio range of 8 to 26 in the cylinder, a novel air-fuel ratio sensor was developed and a comprehensive control method of air flow was developed. In the normal driving conditions, the average air-fuel ratio increased to 25, can significantly improve fuel consumption and emissions. This is achieved by the steady combustion of the fine mixture. The system ensures smooth driver performance while delivering fast vehicle response and good fuel economy.
