研究青光眼小梁组织的超微结构。方法:对16例青光眼小梁采用EX1200电镜观察其超微结构的病理改变。结果:小梁组织原有结构改变或消失,小梁网眼舒缩功能减低或消失,细胞外基质的化学成份发生的改变.结论:当小梁组织发生变化时,可导致房水流出道阻力增加,另外,小梁网及其细胞外基质的化学成份改变.是青光眼小梁组织的主要病理改变。
Study the ultrastructure of trabecular tissue in glaucoma. Methods: The pathological changes of ultrastructure were observed by EX1200 electron microscope in 16 cases of glaucoma trabecular. Results: The original structure of trabecular bone was changed or disappeared, the function of trabecular meshwork was reduced or disappeared, and the chemical composition of extracellular matrix was changed. CONCLUSIONS: When the trabecular tissue changes, it leads to an increase in the resistance of the aqueous outflow tract. In addition, the chemical composition of the trabecular meshwork and its extracellular matrix changes. Glaucoma trabecular tissue is the main pathological changes.
