我厂是航空航天部惯性仪表研制生产厂之一。惯性仪表零、组件的结构特点是尺寸小,小到几十微米,精度高,尺寸精度为微米级,形状精度为亚微米级,表面粗糙度低,为Rα0.025,形状结构复杂,包括薄壁。这些特点决定了加工难度大。它需要有先进的工艺方法,相当精密的设备,理想的刀具,准确的测量仪器仪表,良好的加工环境和相应的工艺控制水平。
