针对孤岛煤柱工作面上方巷道采前加固的问题,分析了孤岛煤柱工作面与上方巷道的空间层位关系,首先通过经验公式对垮落带和断裂带高度进行理论估算,得出了避免上方巷道进入断裂带时的工作面采高,并用相似物理模拟进行了验证。接着推导出巷道所在层位岩层倾向下沉边界和走向下沉边界的计算公式,分析得到了上方巷道的采前加固范围。然后通过分析上方巷道的维护特点,给出了巷道采前加固的支护方案。最后结合现场应用进行了验证。
Aiming at the problem of pre-reinforcement of the roadway above the work face of island coal pillars, the relationship between the island coal pillar face and the upper roadway is analyzed. The theoretical calculation of the height of the caving zone and fault zone is made by empirical formula. The working face when the upper roadway entered the fault zone was picked up and verified with similar physical simulation. Then, the formulas of the subsidence boundary and the subsidence boundary of strata in the layer where the roadway is located are derived, and the reinforcement range of the roadway above the roadway is obtained. Then, by analyzing the maintenance features of the roadway above, the supporting scheme of roadway pre-mining reinforcement is given. Finally, the field application was verified.
