医患关系是医学人文研究的重要对象,其治理机制是在医患关系类型和影响因素的研究基础上的深化,通过制度安排降低交易成本、促进合作。目前国外对医患关系治理机制的研究分为基于信任和基于不信任两类,了解两者的区别和联系,探讨治理机制,对改善我国医患关系乃至深化医疗体制改革均有借鉴意义。
The doctor-patient relationship is an important object of medical humanities research. Its governance mechanism is based on deepening the research on the types and influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship, reducing transaction costs through institutional arrangements and promoting cooperation. At present, the research on the governance mechanism of doctor-patient relationship in foreign countries is divided into two types based on trust and based on non-trust. It is necessary to know the difference and connection between the two and to explore the mechanism of governance so as to improve the relationship between doctors and patients in our country and deepen the reform of medical system.
