我国现有肥沃高产田仅占耕地的22.6%,低产田占33.1%,耕地普遍缺氮、缺磷占59.1%,缺钾占22.9%、土壤有机质低于0.6%的耕地占10.6%。为此,培肥地力,实行以有机肥为基础的有机与无机结合,用养结合是地力建设的根本途径。种植绿肥饲草,充分利用土地资源、增加有机物资投入在农业持续发展及良性生态农业的确立中
