PASS(建筑工程表现评分制)是香港房屋署为评核在房屋委员会的新建筑工程上,有关承建商或承办商的表现及工作成效而制定的机制,务求以公平的形式比较承包商的表现。其机制有助于房屋署拣选表现优良的承建
The PASS is a mechanism developed by the Hong Kong Housing Department to assess the performance and effectiveness of contractors or contractors on new construction projects of the Housing Authority so as to compare the performance of contractors in an equitable manner . Its mechanism helps the Housing Department to choose good performing projects
