目的探讨不同职业对男性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法将732例男性不育患者按照职业不同分为工人、商业、司机及职员4组,采用SQA-V全自动精子分析仪对不同从业者之间精子质量进行相关性分析。结果司机组的精子密度、活率及A级精子活力百分率与工人组、商业组和职员组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),其他参数差异无统计学意义。结论司机职业可能对男性精液质量有不良影响。
Objective To explore the effect of different occupations on semen quality in male infertility patients. Methods A total of 732 male infertility patients were divided into four groups according to occupations: worker, commercial, driver and staff. SQA-V automatic sperm analyzer was used to analyze the correlation of sperm quality among different practitioners. Results There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between sperm density, viability and A-level sperm motility in driver group compared with those in workers group, commercial group and staff group. There was no significant difference in other parameters. Conclusion Driver occupation may adversely affect male sperm quality.
