对8例同种异体肾移植及14例尿毒症患者的红细胞免疫状态和γIL-2对其红细胞免疫功能的影响作了系统的研究。结果发现:肾移植及尿毒症患者的RBC-C3b受体花环率降低(P<0.05),RBC-IC花环率升高(P<0.05)。应用γIL-2后,RBC-C3b受体花环率显著升高(P<0.02),RBC-IG花环率降低(P<0.05)。说明肾移值及尿毒症患者的红细胞免疫状态低下。加入γIL-2后能明显改善红细胞免疫功能。红细胞免疫活性的监测对于观察疾病的免疫状态,判断治疗结果及预后有一定参考价值。
The effects of γIL-2 on the erythrocyte immune function in 8 patients with renal allograft and 14 patients with uremia were systematically studied. The results showed that the RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate and the RBC-IC rosette rate were decreased in renal transplant recipients and uremia patients (P <0.05). After γIL-2 was administered, the rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor was significantly increased (P <0.02), and the RBC-IG rosette rate was decreased (P <0.05). Description of renal transplant value and uremic patients with red blood cell immune status is low. After adding γIL-2 can significantly improve the immune function of red blood cells. Erythrocyte immune activity monitoring for the observation of the immune status of the disease, to determine the treatment outcome and prognosis of a certain reference value.
