今年春季,内蒙古大兴安岭北部原始林区相继发生雷击火。这一区域山高林密,地形复杂,人烟稀少,交通不便。雷击火发生以后,既难以及时发现,又不易进行扑救。在对永安山火场和歪头山火场进行机降扑救过程中,都曾发生了直升飞机在火场周围找不到着陆场而被迫返航之事,对扑救工作造成了一定影响。针对大兴安岭北坡偏远原始林区的特点,笔者认为航空护林工作应采取下列措施: 一、根据保护重点林区兼顾一般林区和先偏远原始林区后次生林区的航空护林发展 This spring, Inner Mongolia Daxinganling northern virgin forest areas have occurred lightning fire.
