1985年8月19日,第九号台风在胶东半岛登陆,烟台市遭到猛烈袭击,市属15个县区全部受灾,损失极其严重。台风最大风力10级,阵风11—12级,最高风速达每秒40米。同时在二、三天内连降暴雨,日平均降雨量233毫米,有50个乡镇降雨量为300毫米以上,最多的达646毫米。接着又出现多日连阴雨涝天气。河道决口,海堤坝被摧毁,许多地方一片汪洋,作物淹没,房屋倒塌。这次台风造成的损失之大,是建国以来我市所没有过的。事后,我们市县两级林业部门进行了调查,在这次台风中,林业生产遭到严重损失,同
