目的 探讨细胞增殖周期调控因子 p16和 cyclin D1在食管癌中的表达和意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学 ABC法检测 6 2例食管癌中 p16、cyclin D1的表达。结果 在食管癌 p16蛋白表达阳性率为 4 8.39% (30 / 6 2 ) ,明显低于癌旁正常粘膜 76 % (38/ 5 0 ) ,染色强度大部分为弱阳性、阳性 ;cyclin D1蛋白表达阳性率为 6 9.35 % (4 3/6 2 ) ,明显高于癌旁正常粘膜 2 8% (14 / 5 0 ) ,染色强度大部分为阳性、强阳性。两者比较有显著差异性 (P<0 .0 5 )。前者的表达与淋巴结转移无关 ,而后者的表达与淋巴结转移有关。结论 食管癌的分子发病机制可能涉及 CDK4 /细胞周期素 D1和 p16负反馈调节通路的异常
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cell cycle regulators p16 and cyclin D1 in esophageal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of p16 and cyclin D1 in 62 cases of esophageal cancer. Results The positive rate of p16 protein expression in esophageal cancer was 43.39% (30/62), which was significantly lower than that in normal mucosa (76%, 38/50). The staining intensity was mostly weakly positive and positive. The expression of cyclin D1 The positive rate was 6 9.35% (4 3/6 2), which was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa (28%, 14/50). The staining intensity was mostly positive and strongly positive. There was significant difference between the two (P <0.05). The former expression has nothing to do with lymph node metastasis, while the latter expression is related to lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The molecular pathogenesis of esophageal cancer may involve abnormalities of CDK4 / cyclin D1 and p16 negative feedback regulatory pathway
