针对某细粒级嵌布的难选铁矿石,在研究工艺矿物学的基础上,根据该矿石的特点应用原矿粗磨—粗精矿再磨—多次脱泥—精选的工艺流程。研究结果表明,磁场强度和磨矿细度是影响选别指标的主要因素;在适宜的磨矿细度和磁场强度条件下,对于TFe 33.07%的原矿,采用试验确定的流程处理该矿石,可获得品位为59.13%,回收率为68.23%的铁精矿;且精矿中的SiO2的含量为5.97%,实现了对矿物的回收利用。
Aiming at the refractory iron ore which is embedded in a fine-grained class, on the basis of the study of process mineralogy, according to the characteristics of the ore, the raw ore coarse grinding-coarse ore regrinding-multiple desliming-selection process is applied. The results show that the magnetic field strength and the fineness of grinding are the main factors that affect the sorting index. Under the appropriate grinding fineness and magnetic field strength, the 33.07% An iron concentrate with a grade of 59.13% and a recovery rate of 68.23% was obtained, and the content of SiO2 in the concentrate was 5.97%, thus realizing the recovery and utilization of the mineral.
