本研究采用动态观察法对新发病的一组共52例贝尔氏面瘫患者行面神经电图(ENOG)检查,并将不同时期的ENOG结果与面肌功能的最终恢复情况进行比较。结果表明:若以患侧面神经变性≥90%为面神经不能完全恢复的临界值,<90%为面神经能完全恢复的临界值。则第1天、第3天和第14天依此标准判断面瘫预后的正确率仅分别为:61.5%、61.5%和57.7%。而第7天和第28天判断的正确则可达到78.8%和100%,其中第7天、第28天判断面瘫完全恢复和第28天判断不能完全恢复的正确率均达到100%。文章对贝尔氏面瘫不同时期ENOG检查结果的价值以及手术减压的依据等进行了讨论。
In the present study, a group of 52 newly diagnosed Bell’s facial paralysis patients were examined by dynamic observing facial nerve electrogram (ENOG), and ENOG results at different stages were compared with the final recovery of facial muscle function. The results showed that: if the affected side of facial degeneration ≥ 90% of the facial nerve can not be fully restored the critical value, <90% for the facial nerve can be completely restored the critical value. The correct rates of prognosis of facial paralysis on the 1st, 3rd and 14th days were 61.5%, 61.5% and 57.7% respectively. On the 7th day and the 28th day, the accuracy was 78.8% and 100% respectively. The correct rates of complete recovery of facial paralysis at the 7th day and 28th day and the complete recovery at the 28th day were all 100%. The article discusses the value of ENOG test results in different stages of Bell’s palsy and the basis of surgical decompression.
