纤维结肠镜的最大效用是能对高位结肠进行检查,从而大大提高了结肠病变的发现率及诊断准确率。我院自1977年8月至1980年5月,应用日制 Olgmpus CF—MB_3型和 CF—LB_3型纤维结肠镜,共检查病人772例,插入成功率达97.2%,兹将检查结果分析报导如下:临床资料本组772例大多来自门诊病人,少数(31例)系慢性消化道疾病普查时疑有结肠病变者。全部病例均经详细的询问病史及体格检查。其中作过 X 线钡灌肠检查者304例(39.4%)。
The greatest utility of fiber colonoscopy is to check the high colon, thus greatly improving the detection rate of colonic lesions and diagnostic accuracy.
