文章拟从对领导理论的分析研究入手,在广泛收集和梳理相关文献的基础上,设计出经优化的LBDQ量表,优化后的量表适用于咸宁地区的三个区县政府的领导行为调查;在通过理论分析和探索性因子分析后,文章提出“优化后的量表含有四个一阶因子”和“存在一个可以较好解释四个一阶因子,且与之强相关的二阶因子”两个假设;最后运用结构方程模型进行二阶因子分析,来探寻影响政府领导行为的关键因素,并试图进一步解释其间相互作用的关系。
